Hippity Hoppity Easter's on its way!

I so wish that I had an iPhone! This was taken with my phone camera and I had to enlarge it! It really turned out cute! This came from Repeat Crafter! I made it for a friend's daughter who is a photographer. I cannot wait to see some of the photos she takes!

The diaper cover is ver simple and done within am hour! On Repeat Crafter's blog the links the patter for that as well!
I hope you all have a great week!
I am off for warmer weather this week!

Other January specials!

This is scarf that's I made for my daughter! Green is her favorite color ! Matches her coat... Her green hat! She forgot to wear it today so I could get a real photo with her modeling it!

The pattern is granny stripes!

This is a hat I used as a prize for one of my students. She was having a hard time practicing her walking.  As long as I promised to make something go Michigan, she said she would work! And work she did! So this maybe the only Michigan hat you will see on my blog but it worked as a bribe!

So here is to February and hopefully warmer weather so these can be put in the closet!

The real heartfelt thanks and some random work!

My Cluttered mantle with new heart accents!

Close up and yes I collect Angels!

A heart for my daughters Valentines tree!

Me with my chain grouping scarf!  I have seen many on the internet but once again did my own thing.  I did not cut my yarns but kept joining and making new loops!

So there you have it!
My TRUE heartfelt thanks!

Grow your blog party

Hi! My name is Norma and I have signed up to participate in a Grow your blog party sponsored by
www.vicki-2bagsfull@blogspot.com.

I started writing this blog to get feedback on my projects and connect with other crochet crafters.  I started my blog in 2012. I have enjoyed writing and posting photos of my work.  I have not sold any but have done work for charity.
My goals for my blog remain the same. I do hope to meet others, share ideas and get inspired.

A little about me: I am a newly turned 50 with two adult children.  I am super proud of my kids - they are hard working loving young adults.  I work full time as a physical therapist.  To make a long story short, I took the name of my blog from comments from my kids about too much yarn and my lack of time!

I hope you will visit my blog, follow it and leave comments!
Thanks for stopping by!

PS so sorry that I could not figure out how to post the photo link from Vicki

Happy New Year but with end of the year projects!

Happy New Year!  I hope that you have a great year filled with smiles and laughter.   If there be tears - or for me it is when there are tears, may they cleanse our hearts and help heal wounds!
This is a photo of "commissioned" work!  My daughter's coworkers wanted hats - one green with ear flaps and the other a stocking hat.  The ear flap was a piece of cake but it is the first hat that I have made that I crocheted the earflaps as I went instead of adding them after.  I think it turned out well!  The stocking hat was a little tougher!  First of all, I hate counting stitches and I hate following a pattern so of course, I used about 3 different ones and made it my own!  It is so heavy though!  I hope that my daughter's friend likes it.  I don't sell for profit- I only asked for the cost of the yarn.  To be honest, the time we put in our works is hard to put a price on!
I still have a few more projects to share that have a tiniest bit of work yet to finish so- look for more posts soon!

Best wishes for a GREAT 2013!
